Leslie
Dundee MRC’s Leslie is a P4 scale model of the former Fife station at the end of the branch from Markinch Junction and is unusual in that it represents the station in the late pre-Grouping period, the early 1920s. Some minor concessions were necessary for exhibition purposes, but on the whole it is an accurate representation of the station and its environs.
North British 0-6-2 tank engine number 209 (later LNER Class N15) shunts the yard at Leslie. A wide range of wagons can be seen on this layout, though many are, as might be expected, of North British origin.
Elderly North British 0-6-0 tank engine, number 805, arrives in Leslie with a solitary Gresley brake composite (sporting a hand painted teak livery!).
An even older 0-6-0 saddle tank locomotive simmers gently in the goods yard at Leslie, while its driver and fireman are nowhere to be seen.
